Mary’s Line is a faith-inspired creative brand dedicated to sharing Christian art, handcrafted décor, and devotional pieces. Our products are designed, assembled, and shipped from South Africa. By using our online store, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and policies.

Many Mary’s Line pieces are made on a pre-order basis or produced after you place your order.

What this means:

  • Pre-orders require full payment upfront to reserve your piece.
  • Each pre-order product listing will indicate the estimated production time, typically between 7–21 business days (excluding shipping).
  • As all items are custom made, minor variations in color, wood grain, or finish may occur — these are natural and part of the handmade process.
  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

  • In-stock items: Usually ship within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Pre-order/custom items: May take up to 3 weeks, depending on volume and design complexity.
  • Delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or material shortages will be communicated promptly.

You’ll receive an email update at each stage — confirmation, production, and dispatch.

  • We ship across South Africa and offer international shipping on select items.
  • Delivery times depend on your location and courier service.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and include packaging and handling.
  • Mary’s Line is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs clearance.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout — we cannot redirect parcels once dispatched.
  • Because most Mary’s Line products are made-to-order or customized, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
    However, we want you to love your piece.

    You may request a replacement or refund only if:

    • The item arrives damaged or defective, and
    • You contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

    If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item (at our discretion).
    Refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund, provided production has not started.
  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once materials are ordered or production has begun.
  • Each Mary’s Line product is unique — due to the natural materials (such as wood, MDF, and acrylic) and the hand-finishing process, minor variations in tone, texture, or layering may occur.These differences are considered part of the artwork’s authenticity, not defects.

    We use secure payment gateways such as PayFast for local payments and Shopify’s integrated solutions for international orders.

    Accepted payment methods include:

    • Debit/Credit Cards
    • Instant EFT (via PayFast)
    • Mobile payments (where available)

    All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
    Payment must be completed before production begins.

    Your privacy is important to us.
    Mary’s Line collects only the information necessary to process your order and improve your experience.
    We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except for:

    • Payment processors (e.g., PayFast)
    • Courier services for delivery
    • Website analytics (to improve user experience)

    You can request data deletion or modification at any time by contacting us.

    All content, designs, images, and artworks on this site are the property of Mary’s Line and are protected under copyright law.
    You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our materials without written consent.

    We occasionally accept special commissions or personalized variations of our existing products.

    Please note:

    • A non-refundable design deposit may be required.
    • Custom orders typically have longer lead times.
    • Once approved for production, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

    International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
    Mary’s Line is not liable for customs delays or fees incurred upon delivery.
